Ana Fialho won a Best Poster Award at the 2014 Liquid Matter Conference

CFTC's masters student Ana Fialho (in the middle of the picture) has been awarded one of the five Best Poster Awards at the 2014 Liquid Matter Conference, for her poster Cholesteric liquid crystals confined in toroidal droplets, part of the ongoing CFTC project Liquid crystals with a twist: wetting, defects, and textures of cholesteric liquid crystals.
